About Ashish
The coach you would be working with
I am Ashish Ranjan. I coach busy professionals around the week they actually have — to slow down ageing, fix posture, lose weight and build muscle. Prevention, not repair.

I was the person I now coach
I have a full-time job, a family and social commitments, like you. Once, I was obese. I had diabetes and high blood pressure, and then a vertigo attack that put me on the floor. I know exactly how far away “fit” feels from there, and how patronising it sounds when someone who has never been there tells you it is simple.
It was not simple. It took years, not a challenge month. I changed how I trained and how I ate, slowly enough that it survived ordinary life, and then I went and learned the science behind what had happened to me.
That is my story. It is not a promise about yours — your body, your history and your doctor all get a say, and I will tell you when something is outside what I should be advising on.
What I learned that I did not expect
The people who get somewhere are not the ones with the best plan. They are the ones whose plan was still standing after a bad week. So that is what I build for: a programme that survives a business trip, a sick child and a fortnight of late meetings, because a programme that only works in a perfect month does not work.
How I coach
I write your programme myself. Not a generator, not a template with your name at the top — I read what you told me, I look at what you can do, and I write it. Then I change it when your weeks change. That is the part software cannot do, and it is the reason people stay. Unlike a fitness app, I am there between sessions too — on WhatsApp, by voice or video call.
I coach during the set, not afterwards in an app. Form, tempo, load, when to stop — you get that while it is happening, which is when it is worth something.
Food is part of the plan from day one, built on what you already eat and already buy. I am not going to hand you a list of foods you have never cooked.
Where I stand today
I have been in gym training for more than six years, alongside a nine-to-five job, and I keep studying — I hold an INFS diploma in fitness and nutrition. I coach in Dutch and in English, and I work with busy professionals who want to be strong and mobile in twenty years, not shredded by Christmas.
If that sounds like the kind of work you want, tell me what you want to be able to do. That is the whole first conversation.

One conversation, no obligation. If I am not the right coach for it, I will say so.
