What I offer

Fitness and nutrition consultation

One conversation about your training or your food, followed by an assessment for a small fee.

Is this you?

  • You already train, and you want to know whether what you are doing makes sense
  • You have read enough conflicting advice online to be less sure than when you started
  • You want a plan to follow yourself, not a coach standing next to you every week

What you get

  • A fitness assessment — where you are now, in numbers you can measure again later
  • Your questions about training and food answered properly, one at a time
  • A customised plan afterwards, based on what the assessment showed
  • An honest answer about whether you need a coach at all

How it works

What the session is for

A consultation is one conversation, done properly. You bring what you are doing now and what you are unsure about; I assess where you actually are, answer the questions, and write you a plan.

It suits people who do not need a coach standing beside them — they need someone who knows the subject to look at their situation once and tell them the truth about it.

The assessment

We measure things we can measure again: what you can lift and how, how you move, what your week looks like, what you eat on an ordinary Wednesday rather than on a good one. Numbers you can re-test later are worth more than a verdict.

What I will not do

I will not diagnose anything, interpret your blood work or contradict your doctor. If what you describe belongs with a GP or a physiotherapist, I will tell you that and you will have got something useful out of the session anyway.

The practical part

  • What it costs

It depends on what you want assessed. Ask me and you will get a straight number before you book.

Questions people ask

What do I get afterwards?

A plan customised to what the assessment found, not a summary of the conversation. If the honest answer is that what you are already doing is fine, you will get that instead, and I will say so.

Is this a sales call for coaching?

No. Some people book a consultation, take the plan and never need me again. That is a perfectly good outcome and it is the one I plan for.

Can I bring blood results or something from my doctor?

Yes, and it helps. What I will not do is interpret them medically or change anything your doctor has told you — that is their work. I build the training and the food around it.

What if I want ongoing coaching afterwards?

Then we talk about one-to-one coaching, and the assessment is not wasted — the plan we made is where the coaching starts.
